Natchez Miss. Sept. 12th, 1863 Corporal Wilson L. Starkey was last paid by Major Saunders to Dec. 31st 1861: His Clothing Account was settled upon Nov. 1st 1861: And he had since drawn clothing amounting to $23.03: and he had clothing allowance due him from Oct. 31st 1861, He joined the Company on its original organization, and was entitled to his bounty of one hundred dollars ($100) and all other allowances of three years volunteers, His final statements and inventory of effects were forwarded to Washington in due time by Capt.
