State of New York County of Niagara Alden C. Keith being duly sworn declares he is the same person who executed and affidavit relative to application for a Mothers pension of Mary C. Lewis as the Mother of Wilson L. Starkey, and has received information that it is necessary that he should testify that he had no interest in the claim and he declares He never had any interest whatever in the claim of Mary C. Lewis for a Pension. Alden C. Keith Sworn to and subscribed before me this 1st day of *y {cannot read the month} 1865 by Alden C. Keith. And I certify that his statements are entitled to full credit and I have no interest whatever in the aforesaid application. Baldwin Atty & Claim agent State of New York County of Niagara Richard Barber being duly sworn declares he is the same person who executed an affidavit relative to application of Mary C. Lewis for a pension as Mother of Wilson L. Starkey, and he has not and never had any interest whatever in said application. Richard Barber Sworn to and subscribed before me this 30th day of June 1865 by Richard Barber and I certify his statements entitled to full credit and I have no interest in said application whatever.
